Job description
PARS Therapy in Meadows Place, TX is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey. In this collaborative role, you will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized in-home care.
You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate therapy
