Job description
St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee patient care in Home Health. You will work with a care team to deliver nursing services and supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
You will participate in on-call rotations, manage patient needs within the assigned service area, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment. Mileage reimbursement is provided and driving is required.
