Job description
Humana Inc. through CenterWell Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and clinicians to support recovery.
This role includes medication administration, wound care, patient assessments, and education for patients and families. A $10K sign-on bonus is offered. Valid RN licensure, CPR, and a driver’s license are required.
