Job description
Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternative infusion site under close supervision. You will implement basic nursing plans of care and educate patients and families in safe infusion practices.
The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to patients' homes as needed. This position offers opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and advance clinical skills within a growing infusion
