Job description
Soleo Health is seeking an experienced Infusion Nurse in Iowa to provide direct patient care at home or alternate sites. You will assess, plan, educate, and coordinate infusion therapies, collaborating with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners to ensure safe delivery.
Requirements include an active RN license, BSN preferred, and 3+ years in infusion or critical care. Travel up to short distances with mileage reimbursement and on-call nights/weekends are required.
