nPay: Up to $38.00 per flat rate hour depending on experience and qualifications as well as a paid training guarantee for the first 30 days of employment. Our current technician's flag an average of 200 hours per month. Relocation assistance provided to qualified applicants.
nSchedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
nExperience Required: Prior Honda dealership experience and certifications

nOur Ideal Candidate:
nnnPrior Honda automotive technician experience required.
n
nnOperate a wide variety of cars, trucks and vans with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
n
nnWilling to grow and learn our dealership and the Honda brand.
n
nnASE certifications preferred.
n
nnAttention to detail and safety protocols.
n
nnAbility to navigate new technology with ease.
n
nnValid driver's license with acceptance driving record
n
n nResponsibilities:
nnnPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards .
n
nnDiagnose cause of malfunction.
n
nnRoad test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
n
nnDocument work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
n
nnAcquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
n
nnUse shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
n
nnResponsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as “special tools”.
