Job description
Compass Regional Hospice seeks an Admissions Nurse to perform skilled nursing assessments, educate families on hospice benefits and enroll patients into hospice services. The role may also involve acting as a visiting nurse or case manager as needed.
Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and staff, documenting admissions, and maintaining care plans across pediatric and adult patient populations. Full-time with on-call rotation and ongoing professional development are provided.
