Job description
United Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Medical Director to lead our Hospice and Palliative medicine program. You will provide clinical governance, oversee medical care, and guide an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered end-of-life care.
The ideal candidate has a Palliative Medicine Fellowship, NYS medical license, and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, with experience in hospice/palliative care settings.
