Job description
UPMC Family Hospice and Palliative Care in Altoona is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team serving the Altoona area. This role provides direct one-on-one patient care in home and community settings, collaborating with physicians, social workers, and other nurses to deliver Life Changing Medicine.
You'll work Monday through Friday daylight hours with on-call, holiday, and weekend rotations. We offer tuition reimbursement, RN-to-BSN options, mileage reimbursement, and flexible shift
