Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join our PRN team serving Kalamazoo and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate, high-quality home-based hospice care, evaluate patient needs, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver the right care at the right time.
