Job description
Commonheart is seeking compassionate RN or LPN to join our hospice team in Wisconsin. You will provide skilled nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families through education, comfort, and advocacy.
This full-time role includes travel within a one-hour radius, a company car for 0.6 FTE or more, on-call shifts, and a schedule of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 32–40 hours per week.
