Job description
TeamHealth is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine physician to join our established hospital medicine program at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, a 450-bed academic teaching facility located in the Inland Empire of Southern California. By joining this established team, you will practice in a dynamic, patient-centered setting that emphasizes high-quality care, strong communication with patients and families, and a collaborative approach among clinicians. In addition to your clinical responsibilities as a hospitalist, you will have the opportunity to teach medical students, with optional involvement at the California University of Science and Medicine, located on campus. You will also benefit from the support of experienced intensivists and work alongside a dedicated medical director who is deeply invested in your professional growth and success.

Qualifications
Passionate about academic medicine and thrives in a team-oriented environment
3 to 5 years of experience in a teaching hospital (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish and English to support a diverse patient population
Able to provide three strong professional references
Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to the Inland Empire (preferred)
