nWe are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

nnnWe take pride in our well-established team of 16 Physicians and 6 APPs.

nnWork alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties.

n nQualifications:

nnnBoard-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.

n

nnAll levels of experience considered. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

n

nnWe proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for visas are covered by Sound.

n nScheduling:

nnnNocturnist shifts are set as 7 pm-7 am.

n

nnBlock scheduling is best. The current cadence is 7 shifts on and 7 shifts off.

n

n nKey Responsibilities:

nnnManage admissions, cross-coverage calls, and Rapid Responses throughout the night in collaboration with the Advanced Practice Provider.

n

nnOpen ICU with minimal expectation of our team - full critical care support.

n

nnNo procedures or code blue response required.

n nRewards and Compensation:

nnnFull-time yearly base salary of $364,000.

n

nnProductive and quality incentives are provided in addition to the base salary.
