Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, professional hospitality to every guest
Prepare and serve food according to Chick-fil-A quality and safety standardsWork collaboratively to keep restaurant operations running efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and coworkers
Take initiative and responsibility for your work
Learn multiple areas of the restaurant and take on additional responsibilities as you grow
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Motivated and enthusiastic about providing great hospitality
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow
Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or professional work experience is a perferred, but not required
