Job description
SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Director of Sales to drive revenue, develop sales strategies, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales, a proven track record in hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office are required.
