Job description
Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a well-established hotel group, seeks a General Manager to lead a select-service property in Schenectady, NY. This permanent, full-time role oversees daily operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and the hotel team.
You will direct Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B leadership, manage the budget and P&L, drive revenue and guest experience, and partner with regional leadership and ownership to elevate standards.
