Job description
Maya Hotels in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Task Force Manager to provide operational leadership across a portfolio of hotels. The role rotates among properties to cover leadership gaps, support openings and initiatives, and ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have GM/AGM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments while stabilizing teams and delivering results.
