Job description
Hirebridge in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales team and drive revenue across Rooms, Banquets, and Catering. You will direct the sales managers, catering managers, and sales administrators, implementing effective sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and enhance market position.
The role requires at least 5 years of hospitality sales leadership, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Hyatt experience is preferred.
