Job description
ARK in Colorado Springs is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our hotel sales efforts and drive revenue growth. You will shape the sales strategy, set objectives, and ensure targets are met across multiple hotel segments.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, strong leadership, problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. You will train and evaluate the sales team, build lasting relationships with clients, and win new and repeat business to keep our hotels competitive.
