Job description
Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the opening of a TownePlace Suites by Marriott project, build the property’s team and culture, and establish strong standards from day one.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will craft and execute strategic sales plans, grow revenue, expand market share, and partner with marketing, operations and revenue management to ensure seamless execution. This role requires travel to industry events and strong leadership to shape guest experience.
