Housekeeper / GroundskeeperWe are excited to expand our team and are actively seeking dedicated individuals for both full-time and part-time Housekeeper/Groundskeeper roles!In this vital role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment across our property's exterior and common areas.Key responsibilities include:Providing friendly and courteous service to residents and colleaguesKeeping grounds clear of trash and debrisMonitoring building exteriors and signageOverseeing basic pool maintenanceMaintaining breezewaysPerforming snow and ice removalCaring for trees and flower bedsManaging pet waste and litter removalCollaborating with our Maintenance Technicians as needed.Compensation and classification are determined by Senior Management and may be adjusted based on operational needs.Full-Time Benefits:Health Consumer Cooperative/ICHRAFlexible Spending Account(FSA)Dental and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance OptionsSupplemental Benefits401k after 1 yearOther Benefits:Paid Time OffObserved HolidaysTool Allowance after 1 yearCompany Paid UniformsPlease note that job duties and requirements are subject to update as property needs evolve.
