You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.Shift: Friday - Tuesday| 1:30PM to 10:00 PM.Pay: $16 - $18.50 per hourKey Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfacesCleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident rooms and common areas daily according to facility procedures.Performs laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, collecting, and distributing facility linens and resident linens.Interacts appropriately with residents, families, and other personnelRelate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative mannerDisinfect high-contact areas such as desks, door handles, and office equipmentMaintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders as neededEmpty trash and recycling bins regularlyPerform restroom cleaning and restock suppliesOperate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers when necessaryReport on safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisorsComplete cleaning tasks independently and on timeMust be able to pass an Idaho State fingerprint background checkWhy MSNW?Opportunity to make a real impact with a company that values your hard workProfessional development and a supportive work environmentRequirements:Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethicPositive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality servicePhysically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs2+ years of cleaning experience preferred but not requiredKnowledge of cleaning products and best practices preferred but not requiredAccess to reliable transportationSuccessful completion of a fingerprint background checkMSNW is an E-Verify employerWe offer a variety of benefits for our employees, including health care, paid time off, and flexible work hours.
