Housekeeper PositionLake Butler Hospital is a critical access hospital providing 24-hour emergency services, inpatient hospitalization, swing bed program, rehabilitation services, outpatient laboratory, and outpatient radiology (X-ray, ultrasound, and CT Scan) services to Union County and the surrounding counties. We are devoted to providing all members of our community with premier-quality health care in a compassionate and inviting environment.We are searching for a positive and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team on a part-time basis.Job Summary:The Housekeeper is responsible for:Ensuring that the department cleans and delivers a quality serviceMaintains the hospital in a safe, sanitary, attractive, and orderly fashionPromoting the mission of Lake Butler Hospital to maintain a safe and clean environmentAdhering to AHCA, OSHA, and CMS guidelines as directed by the Director of FacilitiesWorks as part of a team towards a common goalAdditional responsibilities are on the job description.RequirementsEducation:High School Diploma (Preferred/not required)Experience: Public or hospital housekeeping work experienceSkills:Basic housekeeping skills.Physical Requirements:Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
