Job OpportunityWe are looking for someone that will help to create and maintain a welcoming environment for Big Meadows residents and guests by ensuring that resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, well-maintained and attractive.Essential FunctionsInteracts and engages with residents while in their rooms and throughout the community.Cleans resident rooms and all common areas according to schedule or as directed.Removes and disposes of resident and community trash.Replenishes supplies in resident rooms, work spaces, and common areas as needed.Notifies appropriate management of any hazardous issues, change in resident status, and other situations that would warrant attention.Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training as required.Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality.All Full time employees receive the following also:Free dental insuranceFree vision insuranceFree short term disability insuranceFree life insuranceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededWork Location: In person
