Your responsibilities will include:Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedulesPerforming housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the communityCompleting minor repairs and other tasks as assignedMonitoring housekeeping, laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipmentReporting supply needs and helping maintain appropriate inventoryLogging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completedProviding laundry services as neededHelping maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the communityProviding friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team membersWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate:Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plusTakes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environmentIs reliable and able to work independentlyHas strong attention to detailEnjoys interacting with older adultsProvides friendly and professional customer serviceWorks well as part of a teamIs willing to learn and help wherever neededMake a Difference Every DayHousekeeping at The Waterford at Wisconsin Rapids is about more than cleaning.
