Housekeeping & Sanitation SpecialistThe Housekeeping & Sanitation Specialist is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary conditions in residential homes. This role involves performing thorough cleaning tasks, organizing spaces, and ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for residents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in residential cleaning and sanitation practices.Job DutiesPerform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfacesClean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas according to established standardsWash windows, walls, and other surfaces as neededOrganize and maintain household items and suppliesManage laundry, linens, and waste disposal in a timely and efficient mannerFollow all safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipmentReport maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnelMaintain an organized cleaning supply inventory and request restocking as neededEnsure a consistently clean and welcoming environment for residents
