Housekeeping Associate — Sit-Down Forklift RequiredFull-time Carson, CA, US Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.You will keep a food-safety-regulated distribution center clean and safe while operating sit-down propane forklifts to move materials. You will impact warehouse operations, sanitation compliance, and dock readiness by working onsite Monday–Friday with occasional overtime as volume requires.Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:Operate a sit-down propane forklift to move trash, dunnage, pallets, shrink wrap, and materials throughout the facilityMaintain warehouse and dock cleanliness to site standardSupport GFSI and Good Manufacturing Practice sanitation standardsReport spills, damage, and safety hazards immediatelyComplete daily pre-use equipment inspection and report defectsHere's what you'll need to be successful in this role:Verifiable sit-down propane forklift experienceWarehouse housekeeping or general labor experienceAbility to stand, walk, and lift for a full shiftReliable transportation and consistent attendanceMust pass a written equipment assessment before being scheduled to startMust pass a hands-on sit-down forklift certification with the site trainer on your first day onsiteComply with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access, and GFSI food-safety standardsHere's what else might help you out:Spanish-speaking candidates welcomePay range: $20.63/hourReady to make your mark?This role may fill quickly.
