Newrez LLC offers a 10-week HR Employee Benefits Intern program designed to give rising seniors real-world exposure to benefits and leave administration, including 401K and health programs.
As an intern, you will support benefits operations, assist with process improvements and dashboards, and learn Workday, Excel, and Tableau while collaborating with teams to build professional relationships and gain valuable experience.
