HR Generalist — Manufacturing & Labor Relations (On-Site)

Job description

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, time and attendance, recruitment, leaves of absence including FMLA, and record keeping in a fast-paced Seabrook manufacturing environment. This on-site role reports to the location HR Manager.

Responsibilities include onboarding, applicant tracking, compiling AAP data, payroll support with UKG/ADP familiarity, policy clarification, and HR project participation.
