Job description
Rural King is seeking a Human Resources Lead to support store-level HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and associate engagement. This role partners with store leadership to foster a People First culture and improve the associate experience.
Responsibilities include onboarding, records maintenance, HRIS/ATS usage, benefits support, investigations, and training coordination across stores, with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.
