Job description
deciBel Research, Inc. is seeking a Human Factors Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO to support the Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program. The role focuses on designing and developing the GMD Fire Control product within the GWS program, leveraging HFE principles to improve software-centric systems.
The candidate will analyze end-user feedback, develop journey maps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Secret security clearance is required, and travel up to 10% may be needed.
