This position assists with onboarding new employees, coordinating interviews and candidate visits, maintaining employee records, and supporting daily office operations.Essential Job Functions:· Administrative SupportPerform general office and clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, answering phones, and managing correspondenceMaintain organized and confidential employee files and HR recordsAssist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and department activitiesSupport daily HR operations and special projects· Recruitment & Interview SupportAssist with coordinating the interview process for candidatesSchedule interviews and communicate with applicants regarding appointments and next stepsHelp coordinate candidate on-site visits and provide a welcoming experience for applicantsPrepare interview materials and assist with recruitment activities· Employee OnboardingAssist with onboarding new employees and ensuring all required paperwork is completedHelp coordinate orientation schedules and onboarding materialsSupport new employees with questions regarding onboarding processes and systems· Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service to employees, applicants, and visitorsRespond professionally and courteously to inquiries in person, by phone, and electronicallyMaintain a positive and professional work environment· Demonstrates the mission of the hospital is met by demonstrating the Core Values:Respectful-We value the unique talents, ideas, contributions, and circumstances of each individual.Engaged-We value being active, positive participants at work and in our communities.Available-We value providing local access to care for our communities while being present for each other.Competent-We value knowledge, people-centered, innovative, and technology driven teams.Helpful-We value always helping others with kindness and compassion.Other Job Duties:Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.Schedule meetings for HR Director when needed.RequirementsQualifications: (Minimum Education and Experience)High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious office experience requiredHuman Resources experience and/or education preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of Microsoft Teams preferredComfortable using computers and learning new technology and software systemsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentialityAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
