This is a hands-on leadership role focused exclusively on new construction and remodel installations—not service, repair, or maintenance.As an HVAC Foreman, you will work directly in the field alongside installers and apprentices while overseeing daily jobsite operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems are installed correctly, safely, and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality workmanship and keeping projects on schedule. At Quality 1 Energy Systems, we don't just build systems—we build careers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise HVAC installers and apprentices on commercial construction job sitesWork hands-on alongside crews installing HVAC systems and componentsPlan, assign, and oversee daily work activities to meet project schedules and milestonesOversee installation of:Commercial HVAC systemsDuctworkRefrigerant pipingCondensate linesElectrical wiring and HVAC controlsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specificationsEnsure all installations comply with local, state, and federal codesEnforce jobsite safety standards and promote a strong safety cultureCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other tradesMonitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets company standardsTrack labor hours, materials, and job progressTrain, mentor, and develop HVAC installers and apprenticesQualifications7–10 years of HVAC construction experience requiredPrior HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer experience strongly preferredExtensive knowledge of commercial HVAC installation practicesStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsEPA Certification preferred (additional certifications a plus)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead by example and maintain professionalism on active construction sitesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesComfortable working in indoor and outdoor construction environments in varying conditionsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysPerformance & Year-End BonusesBi-Weekly PayContinued Education & Paid CertificationsCompany Vehicle, Fuel Card, and Uniforms ProvidedTools, Safety Gear, and Tech Package (Tablet/Smartphone) ProvidedEmployee Referral ProgramTeam Events, Contests, and Company OutingsScheduleFull-TimeMonday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMOccasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needsWork LocationOnsite role based in Dallas, TX, serving commercial construction projects throughout the surrounding areaEqual Employment Opportunity StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
