When you're ready, please follow the directions to apply for this position.Requirements2-3 years' experience in Residential HVAC InstallsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work styleMaintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordMust pass a pre-employment DOT physical examination and maintain a valid DOT medical certificate in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.Regularly required to safely use ladders and work at heights to access attics, crawl spaces, and other elevated areas as part of residential service work, in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines.Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.TR Miller is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities so that they can perform the essential job functions unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on the operation of the business.
