Job description
IEEE is seeking two experienced Commercial Contracts Attorneys for a short-term assignment in NYC. This role will advise domestic and international clients on a wide range of agreements essential to the day-to-day operations of a leading science and technology non-profit organization. The position is hybrid: three days onsite; two days remote, with a mid-September start date.
Requires a J.D. and 2–4 years of contract experience, including in-house or law firm work and exposure to non-profit
