Job description
California Lottery is seeking a Culture and Talent Management Branch Chief to provide strategic leadership over enterprise-wide engagement, culture, and talent initiatives. The role focuses on succession planning, training, and high-impact HR programs to drive organizational excellence.
You will report to HR leadership, work from Sacramento with hybrid telework options, and influence policy across the enterprise. A Manager II exam is required to qualify for this role.
