Job description
Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Director of Client Success for its operating company, Two River Technology Group, in a hybrid role based in Holmdel, NJ. You will own post-sale client relationships, drive retention, and expand opportunities across an assigned book of business.
The role combines relationship management with a working knowledge of the client's business and IT environment, leading QBRs and renewal planning to maximize value.
