Job description
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the Greater Salt Lake City, Utah area to deliver high-quality behavioral health care. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in-office and 1–2 days remote, full benefits, and strong earning potential through a productivity-based compensation model.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years PMHNP experience, Utah PMHNP certification, prescriptive authority, and a DEA license. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
