Job description
One Medical in San Francisco is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) for a full-time, on-site role at the Clay St office. You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, with occasional tele-health as part of a collaborative team.
Required: accredited NP/PA program with national certification and California licensure by start date. Outpatient primary care experience is essential; LARC or colposcopy experience is a plus.
