Job description
Addison Group is seeking an experienced safety leader to oversee health and safety initiatives across multiple sites in Houston. You will partner with executives and field teams to strengthen safety performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role focuses on policy development, training, incident investigations, and leadership of a safety team. Hybrid work with periodic travel is required, with compensation in the $170,000–$180,000 range plus potential bonus.
