iCapital is seeking a Hybrid Sales Associate / AVP to join the Alternative Investment Distribution team. This role blends high-volume inside sales with field engagement, including advisor meetings and regional events, to scale advisor relationships.
Qualified candidates will have 3–6+ years in financial services sales, FINRA licenses, and strong CRM/Outreach experience. Travel is 25–40% and the position offers salary, equity, and a commission-based bonus in a hybrid office setting.
