Job description

UNC Health Care in Lenoir, NC, seeks a Nursing Manager for the Critical Care Unit to lead the CCU team and manage staffing, materials and budget. The role directs age-specific patient care using the nursing process to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The position is a day-shift, full-time onsite role with 40 hours per week, reporting to the ICU Director and supported by a night-shift Clinical Coordinator. RN licensure in NC and CCU leadership are preferred.
