Job description
Role: ICU Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in a hospital setting. Perform continuous assessments, hemodynamic and ventilator monitoring, titrate vasoactive medications, respond to rapid response team activations and codes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize technology-enabled tools from the digital staffing platform and receive clinical support to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: Strong critical thinking, clear communication, and a passion for improving patient outcomes and clinician experience are essential.
