Job description
Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU at Aurora Medical Center - Mount Pleasant is seeking an experienced nurse to join a 12-bed ICU unit. The role focuses on high-acuity care with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, teamwork, and professional development within a unified health system.
Ideal candidates have ICU or stepdown experience, strong collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. BLS is required; ACLS/NIHSS are recommended within 6 months of hire.
