Henner Law Group is a full-service immigration law firm located in White Plains, New York. We service individual clients facing removal, businesses seeking visas and green cards for employees, as well as family-based immigrants. We focus only on immigration law.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in White Plains, NY. As an Immigration Paralegal you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing and filing immigration Court filings and documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining constant client communication. You will also provide support in preparing motions, forms, filings, affidavits, petitions, and other legal documents, as well as managing case files and deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of immigration law and removal cases, asylum filings and court procedures
Experience in preparing and filing immigration documents and petitions with USCIS
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in legal writing
Strong communication and client service skills
Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
Ability to work on deadlines and effectively communicate with clients and managers
