Job description

Ridgeview Institute Smyrna in Smyrna, GA is seeking a full-time quality improvement-focused professional. The role emphasizes supervising PI activities, reviewing performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and 2+ years in healthcare quality improvement, with Georgia licensure preferred. Proficiency in Excel and business writing is required, CPR/First Aid and CPI training is a plus.
