Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Nurse Clinician to join a multidisciplinary team, performing patient assessments via phone or in person and implementing nursing interventions with sound clinical judgment. The role also includes initiating patient education for the unit served and coordinating care across departments.
The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in Nursing, is a State Licensed RN, CPR certified, and has 2 years of relevant clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care
