Job description
Solterra School, LLC in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work closely with students, BCBA, teachers, OTs and SLPs to implement individualized behavior plans during school hours.
You will provide one-on-one and small-group support, collect progress data, and help students develop communication, social, academic, and life skills in a safe, inclusive environment.
