Home Health Aides WantedSYNERGY HomeCare offers compassionate, client-centered care that allows individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. We are currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly.DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:A Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.A Reliable Vehicle that has up-to-date registration and insurance.A Level 2 background check with current fingerprinting.What You'll Do:Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.Accompany clients to their appointments.Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)Monitor and report changes in client condition.Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)Follow care plans and agency protocols.Qualifications:Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.Current CPR certification (required)Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.Recent TB Test Results.Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.Must have strong communication skills.Why You'll Love Working with Us:Great Pay: Earn a fantastic $17 - $19 an hour.
