Job description
Care ProfessionalAs a Care Professional, you will provide vital in-home personal care services to seniors in the Nashville/Brentwood/Franklin Areas. Your role will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve.Assist seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship.Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members.Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.Document services provided and any changes in clients' conditions.Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.High School Diploma or GED required.Must be 19 years or older.Valid Driver's License, active car insurance required.At least ONE YEAR of caregiving experiencePreferred: Updated TB skin test (Always Best Care will reimburse the cost)PTO AccrualEarly Pay AccessPaid OrientationPaid Training (In Office or Zoom)Annual RaisesFlexible SchedulingMileage ReimbursementEmployee Referral BonusesLocation: Columbia, TN and surrounding areasJob Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
